Core Fintech Platforms & Integrations
- Digital Onboarding (Ctrl O): Developed a streamlined digital account opening platform to modernize and accelerate customer acquisition.
- KYC Ecosystem: Architected a Digital KYC update and account activation suite, incorporating Video KYC API integrations for secure, remote identity verification.
- Financial Data Management: Built a specialized Forex Data Manager and automated Guarantor verification systems to enhance operational accuracy.
- Custom Middleware & Data Synchronization: Developed an ASL data transformer to ensure data consistency and a “single source of truth” for branch metadata, including geocodes, contact details, and synchronized opening hours across the entire platform.
- Operational Tools: Integrated custom career vacancy management and location-based ATM/branch tracking features.
LMS & Internal Systems (OWL)
- Enterprise Learning: Implemented and tested an internal LMS (Learning Management System) using Learndash, managing the full lifecycle from UAT to final deployment.
