International Product Strategy & Asynchronous Delivery
- Timezone-Agnostic Project Management: Established a highly structured, asynchronous communication framework that ensured zero-latency in project delivery. By utilizing meticulous planning and documentation, I maintained seamless collaboration between regional leads in different timezones, proving that geographical distance is a non-factor for a well-structured technical lead.
